We are a Client and Human Capital Management Partner Advocate and are here to break the pattern. We are client-centric and want to share our knowledge because we were once in your shoes.   

Over a decade ago, EL-ITE consulting's Owner, was going through a full HCM implementation, merging three systems into one. What should have been an exciting transition quickly turned into a challenging ordeal.  The challenge of having to know the intricacies of how an employee's time is being calculated, all things payroll, taxes, data migration, and internal training for over 3,000 employees—while simultaneously handling her regular payroll duties—was overwhelming. She vowed to find and easier way. 

In the years that followed, she worked with various HCM partners, gaining valuable insights into recurring issues and identifying gaps in most HCM solutions. This experience revealed the common struggles faced by partners and clients, shaping her commitment to developing more effective solutions.
